WAR AT DAWN

As dawn breaks on the Xavier mansion, a bright orange flame fills the darkening sky. professor X reaches out to his X-men telepathically, " X-men be aware I sense an abnormal presence within Kodiaks pysche, I can't regain entry into his mind. So try to reach him, he is still very much in control over himself but I don't know what will trigger him again so be careful! I'll be down there in a moment." Cyclops stands with a red ruby glare into the night air, watching his car burn. All stand watching in silence not sure what to make of this situation. When as if perfectly on time the flame bends outward revealing an enraged Kodiak. Once the flame has cleared from his face and body, all notice that he has reduced in size, *Think Bruce Banner true believers* Kodiaks hair has been completely burnt of his body. His flesh slowly mends itself. Scotts Porsche has almost completely burned out. Kodiak looks at his feet to the brick around from when he threw the car into Colossus knocking him through the wall and to the outside. Its almost as if he's is absorbing what is going on in shock. But a fight has been picked, and Kodiak isn't going to let it drop. Kodiak stands healing at six foot tall infront of an assembling entourage of X-men. Without, 'hulking up' Kody reaches and picks up the flaming remains, a bold venture considering he is at a percent of his normal strength. He flings it at Scott, Once again Scott adjusts his visor and a concusive bolt kicks the car to the side. Kodiaks flesh is almost all intact and a couple of lone strands of hair has already began to grow. He takes a look at his burnt arm.. "Lets speed this up!" As he lets out a tremendous gizzley roar his muscles once again pump with adrenaline, veins throb as the six foot Kodiak 'diesels' his way up to 9 foot of highly toned barbarian mutant tyrant. Doing this has sped his healing and grown his hair. Then. "Kodiak you must get control of yourself, there is something in your head feeding your frenzy!" the professor says rolling up to the side courtyard. His words to Kodiak are muted however, upon seein the Professor a second time a flood of devastation flashes before his eyes, death and murder of millions. Then everyone on the courtyard including the powerful professor Charles Xavier is frozen in their footsteps. Kodiak looks around stepping amongst them then turn to see his body too, is frozen. He is momentarily out of reality, and then the booming voice. KODIAK BECOME THE SAVIOR OF MILLIONS KILL ONSLAUGHT NOW,,, KILL XAVIER!!! (Click above to see Khaos Origin) Then suddenly he sees a change in sky, and behind Xaviers chair stands a menacing stature laughing, tauntingly, " FOR A TIME I CONSIDERED SPARING MUTANT KIND, FROM OBLIVION HOWEVER NOW I WILL DESTROY ANY I SEE UNFIT TO SERVE ME!" For a moment Kodiak considers that it couldn't be Xavier because he is still frozen, but that thought is washed away by a piece of stolen weapon X technology welded to Kodiaks cerebrum. With that all becomes normal again, however all is still muted for Kodiak, this time not for the manipulation of his cerebral hemispheres but from his rage. He leaps at Xavier for a killing blow.. At the top of the mansion a dark figure sits prostrated in wait for the moment he should act and this seemed to be it. " sigh* I waz oping ta havz zum time off." *Bamf* Meeting the extremely heavy Kodiaks rush with a acrobatic flip kick Kurt Wagner the incredible Nightcrawler teleports down for his attack, Unbelievably diverting Kodiaks massive weight much like a martial arts judo technique. Kodiak flys to the side caught unaware. Then quickly removing his warsuit, Nightcrawler barrages Kodiak with a set of teleport kicks and punches. Cyclops joins in by blasting the near by fountain causeing the water to be pushed with great force much like a firehouse on steroids towards Kodiak, knocking him to fall on his back. Iceman, Storm and Rogue stand back in protest on the attack of their friend not understanding that Makwa could possibly be doing what he is doing. "He'z trying to kill za Proffeza!" Nightcrawler yells at them. With that Kodiak stands screaming crazier than a mad Increible hulk, pumping with anger and his muscle bulging larger than they have seen him before. " Kurt, I think you made him mad." Scott cuts. " Me? You za one who burn em with za explosion!" Nightcrawler says keeping his humor about him. " X-MEN!!!, Scott shouts, WE STAND TOGETHER, I KNOW HE IS YOUR FRIEND, BUT HIS ACTIONS ARE THAT OF AN ENEMY; BRING HIM DOWN!! With those words a few more join in, ready to stand in protection of the Professor.
